Charleston Family Medicine and Pain Rehabilitation Center has been serving the Lowcountry for over 30 years, with comprehensive, quality healthcare to our patients. The physicians and professional staff have broad training and extensive experience for the healthcare needs of children and adults, with specialization in family medicine and pain management.

Our facility provides a multitude of procedures for your convenience. These include family practice, minor surgery, chiropractic care (by the area's only board certified medical doctor/chiropractor), physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, prolotherapy, cervical and lumbar epidural nerve-blocks, sports medicine and pain management.

Our goal is to provide quality, state-of-the-art healthcare, which is cost effective and conservative. Our entire staff takes great pride in its commitment to the health and satisfaction of all our patients.

Appointments
Office hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday. Telephone (843) 556-3462 to schedule an appointment. After hour emergencies are directed by the answering service to our physician on call.

Fees and Insurance
Fees for treatment of medical care, physical and massage therapy (prescribed by our medical staff) will be covered under most private insurance, PPO, HMO plans and Medicare. Acupuncture is also a covered procedure under several policies. We accept MasterCard/Visa for your convenience, and file claims.
